What is X?
X is the new way to shop - we are able to offer select products at rare discounts for you come pick up.
Can I use my membership discount, store credit, coupon code, or voucher?
Store credit, member discounts, coupons, and vouchers cannot be used at our warehouse sales.
What is VIP Early Access and General Admission?
- VIP Early Access – $20: Shop one hour before the public sale and get first pick of top items. Limited spots available. VIP shoppers receive a password via text and email the day before the sale.
- General Admission – Free: Opens one hour after VIP access. A free ticket is required. The sale link activates at the start time—refresh your page if needed.
What do the discounts look like?
Discounts can range from 30% to 80% off of retail price.
Can I put a hold on items?
No, items can't be held without payment.
Do you offer delivery?
No, only provide pickup services.
Can I return or exchange items?
Once items have left our warehouse, they are final sale, sold "as is," without warranty, returns, exchanges, or price adjustments. Please ensure thorough inspection before leaving the warehouse with your items.
