Warehouse Sale Store Policy

Thank you for shopping at our Warehouse Sale. Please carefully review the following policies, as they differ from our Rove Concepts store policies. All sales are final, and the following terms below apply to all purchases.

Shopping Access

  • VIP Early Access – $20: Shop one hour before the public sale and get first pick of top items. Limited spots available. VIP shoppers receive a password via text and email the day before the sale.
  • General Admission – Free: Opens one hour after VIP access. A free ticket is required. The sale link activates at the start time—refresh your page if needed.

Payment Policy

  • Credit Card is the only accepted payment method. 
  • Cash, Store Credit, Vouchers or coupon codes related to the Rove Concepts website is not accepted at the Warehouse Sale. 

Pickup and Delivery Policy

  • Pickup Deadline:
    • All orders must be picked up within the date and time selected.
    • Items must be picked up within one week from when the order is ready for pick up. After this period, a $50 per order, per week storage fee will apply.
    • Orders left for over 1 month without customer communication may be canceled, and the order refunded.
  • Delivery:
    • Delivery is not offered. Customers must arrange their own transportation.
  • Liability:
    • Once an item leaves our warehouse (via customer pickup or third-party delivery), Rove Concepts is not liable for any damages during transit.

Inspection Policy

  • Customers must inspect all items before leaving the premises.
  • Rove Concepts staff will assist customers during the inspection.
  • Rove Concepts is not liable for any damages that occur while loading items into vehicles.

Safety Policy

  • Staff will assist with loading items into vehicles but may refuse if the request is unsafe (e.g., loading a sofa on top of a vehicle). Staff will not assist with items being loaded onto car roofs.

Limited Stock and Availability

  • Stock is sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and inventory is limited.
  • Stock is only guaranteed once payment has been successfully processed. 
  • Holds or reservations are not allowed; all items must be purchased on-site.

Warranty Disclaimer

  • All items are sold as-is and are final sale.
  • No warranties are provided for any purchases made during the Warehouse Sale.

Privacy Policy

  • Customer information (emails, phone numbers, addresses) collected during orders will only be used to send order confirmations and Warehouse Sale-related updates.
  • We do not sell customer information.
  • Occasionally, we may invite customers to participate in voluntary surveys.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • For new in-box items:
    • Take clear photos of any damages or defects.
    • Email the photos along with your warehouse order number to warehousesale@roveconcepts.com within 3 calendar days.
  • Claims submitted after the 3-day window will not be processed.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of being placed will incur a 5% processing fee.
  • Orders canceled after being packed or arranged for transfer will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Once an order has been picked up, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Refunds

  • All Warehouse Sale items are final sale, and refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

Important Note

If you plan to store your items for an extended period (e.g., during renovations or construction), inspect them immediately upon delivery to address any issues within the 3-day claims window.
